Diner's Agenda: Easter Weekend Edition
Friday, April 6
•Aside from being a brilliant chef and cookbook author, Jacques Pepin is notable for having a name that is incredibly fun to pronounce. (We're fond of singing it to the tune of "Les Poissons" from "The Little Mermaid", personally.) Meet the man himself today at Brookline Booksmith at 2:00, where he'll be signing copies of his new book Chez Jacques.
Saturday, April 7
•Our favorite part of Easter has always been decorating eggs. For a step above the usual PAAS regimen, check out the Easter Egg Festival at 75 Chestnut at noon. Feast on the regular brunch menu and special treats like the "bunny-tini" while decorating complimentary eggs.
Sunday, April 8
•If Boston's many Easter brunches don't fill you up, check out the "Pig: Head to Tail" dinner at Sel De La Terre: three substantial pig-based courses should be enough to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. Call (617) 720-1300 for reservations.
