Update: Carbón Credits
Last week, we brought you up to speed on Carbón, the new Mexican (not New Mexican) restaurant in Bridgeport whose name means charcoal in Spanish. Well, we were scandalized to learn that they are (currently, at least) gas grilling their meat! Thanks are in order to crrush of LTHForum for this startling bit of information. We just called to confirm that they are, in fact, using gas. Stay tuned for updates.
