Pasion's Pernot Unveiling New Menu At Cuba Libre
We just got word that Cuba Libre in Old City is bringing Pasion's Guillermo Pernot aboard as their new concept chef. Pernot, a James Beard award-winning chef and former Esquire "Chef of the Year," will be unveiling a new dinner and brunch menu for Cuba Libre in June as well as overseeing both locations in Philadelphia and the Tropicana Casino in AC.
