La Colombe Opens In New York

20070801lacolombe.gif

Cheers to La Colombe on their expansion to New York. The beloved Rittenhouse Square coffee roaster just opened their first branch at Church Street and Lispenard Street along the Tribeca-Chinatown border. La Colombe follows in the footsteps of Morimoto, Buddakan, Tony Luke's and Hausbrandt, Public House and Maoz, all of which have opened New York locations over the past two years. So if you're a Philly based restaurateur who wants to expand north: Now is totally the time.
