Bobby Flay Opening NJ Burger Restaurant

20071205flay.gifWe just got word that Bobby Flay is opening a new upscale burger chain named Bobby's Burger Palace... and a location is planned for central New Jersey. No word on the exact town or whether it will be in the NYC or PHI market, but it will be one of the first two test restaurants for the chain. The other opening will be in Long Island. According to partner Lawrence Kretchmer, Bobby's Burger Palace "will create its own market the same way Starbucks did with coffee."
