Philadelphia Citypaper In A Nutshell (02/28)

• Is Philadelphia America's best beer city? It would be, if not for that pesky Liquor Authority.

• The poor Astral Plane Millenium just got slammed again — this time by Elisa Ludwig.

• NoLibs and Old City are getting three new coffee shops.

• A user's guide to the Philadelphia Beer Festival. We need this.

• Philadelphia's top five BYOBs for bringing drinks besides wine too. Mmm... sake.

Comments

The Ugly Mug in Cape May is a bar, so I assume the Old City incarnation would be a bar too, instead of a coffee shop.
