Heh. It looks like uber-popular South Street southern joint Ms. Tootsie's Soul Food Cafe just got the official Mo'Nique seal of approval. Per Dan Gross in the Daily News:
Anytime you come to Philly, you go to Miss Tootsie's (1314 South); if you don't, it's a shame."So says actress/comedian Mo'Nique, who hit the soul-food spot Sunday night shortly after arriving in town to promote her movie "Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins," opening Friday.
