Ex-Center City Restaurant Owner On Food Network
Once upon a time, there was a barbecue joint on Locust and Broad named The Smoked Joint. Then they closed down and the space eventually became Kaizan. We always wondered what happened to ex-owner Adam Gertler... then we read at Phoodie that he's skedded to be a contestant on season four of The Next Food Network Star.
