• Rick Nichols visits Cajun Kate's in "deep" Delaware County, and is pleasantly surprised by its authenticity.

• On the LaBan side of things, 10 Arts has "flashes of fresh inspiration," but the name of the game seems to mostly be "restraint." (We hope it will grow into its space/Le Bernardin pedigree!)
