A Very Minimalist Dessert At Zuni

zuni nectarine.jpg

Just one more quick note before we put this blog on auto pilot for an early afternoon out of the office: Look at this $8 dessert from Zuni Cafe, posted by a Chowhound on Friday. This is listed, according to Celeste as "Blossom Bluff nectarine." Seems this aggression will not stand in the blogosphere, though, as we picked up on this from Serious Eats, which picked up on it from Eater SF from whom we should have picked it up in the first place. Still, though, you could throw a customer a price break on a piece of fruit that required literally no prep work at all.

Nectarine dessert at Zuni is just that
