Key Lime Pie The Way We Like It
Ever since the closing of Manny & Isa's on Islamorada, we've had difficulty finding a regular key lime place down there. (To be honest, we haven't done much looking...) Instead, we've taken to making our own, with a big layer of meringue on top, just like the one in this photo from Blue Heaven. Definitely a must-try on our next visit to Key West.
