Restaurant Gal logs on to Twitter only to find that a food writer in South Carolina is using her copyrighted name. So she contacts the writer and the writer's boss and is told to do one of two things: 1) get a lawyer, or 2) fork over $10,000. Now she's going as RestaurantGal1 on Twitter.
